Manager Marketing / Digital Brand Lead

 

As the Digital Brand Lead for 5th Pillar, you must be a forward-thinking executive for researching, proposing, and executing our marketing strategies within Pakistan & any other regional landscape relevant to our business model. You will be orchestrating collaborations and selection of appropriate demography to create high impact campaigns which will synchronize with the brand's ethos and commercial aspirations.

Responsibilities:

 

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, brand visibility and increasing market share.
Initiate strategic brand partnerships and collaborations to elevate brand desirability and reach new audiences.
Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including and mainly focused on digital media planning, influencer marketing, social media campaigns, and events partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and consumer preferences, providing insights for product development and marketing strategies.
Create brand communication and content creation tailored to the local market to maintain brand consistency and relevance.
Collaborate with the 3rd party vendors to ensure visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials, packaging, and promotions.
Initiate content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, and social media content, to engage and educate the target audience.
Work closely with the business team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support the overall growth of the business.
Manage relationships with influencers, and partners for effective collaboration and promotional activities.
Manage overall budgeting of campaigns.
Setting and overseeing KPIs and outcomes for performance marketing.


Qualifications & functionalities:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media Science, Advertising or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience of not less than 6 years in media planning & brand building, with a focus on Digital / Start up brands
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of the consumer behavior, and trends in the financial industry is a plus.


This role reports to Group Head Brand Strategy.

The salary is 200k to 250k depending on the experience required.
