About the Role
A leading company in the power generation and industrial equipment sector is seeking dynamic and results-driven After-Sales Business Development Executives to expand its after-sales service business across Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.
The selected candidates will be responsible for developing business opportunities related to engine spare parts, maintenance services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Rate Running Contracts (RRC) while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow after-sales business for engine spare parts and maintenance services.
Identify and secure new opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Rate Running Contracts (RRC).
Build and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, telecom, and power generation customers.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure timely and effective customer support.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business development activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or after-sales services.
Experience in diesel generators, industrial engines, power generation equipment, or related industries will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
