Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to vocational training, campus operations, and organizational initiatives at The Hunar Foundation (THF). The role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with THF’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Ensure effective implementation of projects as per plan

2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with internal departments (HR, Admin, Finance, Academics)
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and donors
• Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders

3. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress against timelines and KPIs
• Prepare regular status reports for management
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

4. Resource Management

• Allocate and manage resources efficiently
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain proper project documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

6. Quality Assurance

• Monitor quality of deliverables and training standards
• Ensure alignment with THF’s objectives and standards

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of project management tools (preferred)

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management (preferably in education/NGO sector)
