This role is for people who enjoy meeting clients, generating leads, building relationships, following up, and closing deals.

Position: Business Development Officer

Salary: PKR 35,000 to PKR 50,000 depending on experience

Benefits: Fuel allowance + health insurance + uncapped commission

Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience

Location: Karachi

Office: NIC Karachi

Work Model:

Monday to Thursday: Work from office at NIC Karachi

Friday: Work from home

Saturday: Work from home, only for internal reporting, follow-ups, report updates, and CRM cleansing

What We Need:

Someone who can:

Generate leads

Meet clients

Build strong relationships

Follow up consistently

Close deals

Maintain reports and CRM properly

Grow fast with the company

Experience is good, but drive, discipline, and consistency matter more.

For the right performer, growth will be very fast.

High performing BDOs can move to a BDM position within 6 months with 2x to 3x salary growth based on performance.
