Location: PECHS, Karachi (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Text Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing SMS/text marketing campaigns, engaging with customers through text-based communication, generating leads, and supporting overall marketing objectives through effective messaging strategies.

This role requires excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and manage SMS/text marketing campaigns.
• Develop compelling and engaging marketing messages to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as response rates, conversions, and customer engagement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with leads through text communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results.
• Segment customer databases to ensure targeted and effective messaging.
• Ensure compliance with applicable SMS marketing regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve messaging strategies and campaign performance.
• Generate reports and provide insights on campaign outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in SMS marketing, digital marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
