AM Finance

nsuring compliance with tax regulations, and handling data entry, management, and reporting in SAP B1. This position requires a strong understanding of income and sales tax laws, along with advanced proficiency in SAP B1 for financial data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Taxation

· Prepare and file income tax returns, monthly sales tax returns, and SRB statements in a timely and accurate manner.
· Ensure prompt submission of monthly challans for vendors and salaries to maintain compliance.
· Manage comprehensive tax workings for withholding income tax and sales tax, including record compilation and vendor coordination for tax challans.
· Collaborate with tax consultants to address audits, monitor compliance, and implement process improvements.
· Oversee tax reporting and ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.

SAP Business One

· Perform data entry, processing, and management of financial records within SAP B1, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
· Generate detailed financial reports using SAP B1 to support managerial decision-making.
· Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data stored in the SAP B1 system.

Financial Reporting and Vendor Management

· Assist in preparing and reviewing management reports for accuracy and compliance.
· Supervise vendor accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
· Track and resolve discrepancies in vendor payments and related financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA in Finance, ACCA, or CA (Finalist).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in SAP Business One.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including income tax, sales tax, and SRB compliance.
