Amazon Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Assistant to join our team onsite in Karachi (Nipa). This full-time position involves managing daily operations across multiple Amazon accounts, working closely with PPC, Listing, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth performance and drive growth in various marketplaces. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 50,000, depending on experience, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords to optimize visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and track order status to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment.
- Assist with basic PPC tasks such as keyword research and campaign monitoring to support advertising efforts.
- Track account performance metrics and prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Manage case log follow-ups and coordinate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve account-related issues efficiently.
- Conduct competitor and keyword research as needed to optimize listings and advertising campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central platform is essential.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively within the team and with external contacts.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills to adapt to the evolving e-commerce environment.
