Hiring: Appointment Setter – US Market

We are looking for an experienced and confident Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound calling for the US market and be comfortable engaging with potential clients, handling objections, and scheduling qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market

Engage prospects professionally and introduce company services

Qualify leads based on defined criteria

Schedule appointments for the sales/business development team

Handle gatekeepers and common customer objections confidently

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments

Follow up with interested prospects to maximize appointment conversions

Meet daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience in the US market

Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills

Confident and professional phone presence

Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills

Experience dealing with gatekeepers and decision-makers

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working night shift

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT

Working Days: Monday to Friday.
