Talent Acquisition Executive

ABS International, a well-established US principal company operating since 2009 with a team of over 200 professionals, is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team at the Gulistan-e-Johar office in Karachi. Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates through CV databases, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews in English, assessing candidates’ communication skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Schedule interviews and follow up consistently with candidates to ensure engagement.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases for efficient tracking.
- Assist with onboarding activities for selected candidates to facilitate smooth integration.
- Support the HR Manager with daily recruitment and other HR-related tasks.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience from application to hiring.

Required Qualifications
- At least six months of experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, or recruitment support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Confidence and professionalism in conducting telephonic interviews independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and manage candidates effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.
- A professional attitude and strong work ethic are critical for success in this role.
