Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.

· Implementation of Factory Rules and Policies.

· Solve Timely workers issues and make sure all workers in Disciplines and dress properly.

· Track Inward and Outwards, maintain Supplies Schedules, Container Loading Unloading.

· Ensure the faculty is neat and clean, well-organized, and a safe work environment.

· Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.

· Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

· Experienced in Deal with S.E.S.I / E.O.B.I / S.F.A / other etc. Government bodies.

· Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.

· Maintain Cafeteria Supplies.

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff.

· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents.

· Maintain and organize ERP Record (Odoo) and physical filing systems.

· Assist in the development and management of the administrative budget.

· Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.

· Process invoices and payments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in an administrative management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & ERP (Odoo).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
