We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team! As an Office Assistant, you'll provide top-notch administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless office operations.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors
- Manage and maintain files, records, and databases
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Inter / BA / BCOM degree
- 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or administrative support role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented demeanor
