Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client, a well-established global healthcare and pharmaceutical organization, for an urgent position in Karachi.

Position: Assistant Manager Finance – Costing

Location: Karachi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Nutraceutical

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain product cost sheets and standard costing.

Calculate and update BOM and routing costs in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.

Analyze material, labor, overhead, and production costs.

Execute standard cost estimates and cost roll-ups in SAP.

Analyze production variances, including material, labor, overhead, and yield variances.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to costing.

Reconcile production and inventory costs with Finance.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, QA, and Warehouse for costing-related information.

Prepare cost reports, profitability analysis, and management dashboards.

Ensure compliance with costing policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

Provide costing-related documentation and support for internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Skills

BBA / MBA (Finance) / ACCA / ACMA / CMA

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or healthcare environments.

Strong understanding of product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.

Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP FICO.

Strong financial analysis and Microsoft Office skills.

Good coordination and communication skills.
