Job Summary

Manage and coordinate change implementation activities related to packaging materials, artwork, BOMs, and product transitions, ensuring timely execution and compliance. Oversee material switchovers, BOM transitions, Material Master data, and Production Version (PV) maintenance, including NPD implementation and transition management. Execute monthly MRP planning across all plants to ensure material availability, optimize order balancing and batch sizing to minimize inventory risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to support uninterrupted production and supply continuity. Maintain trackers and drive the timely closure of change alerts, material code openings, and related actions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Optimize order balancing and batch sizing to support smooth production transitions while minimizing excess inventory and write-offs.
• Lead transition management activities related to Bills of Materials (BOMs), Production Versions (PVs), and material changes.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives through effective master data maintenance and production version management.
• Manage and ensure timely closure of Change Alerts related to packaging materials, artwork revisions, BOM updates, and material transitions.
• Coordinate and execute material switchover activities to ensure continuity of supply and production.
• Maintain, update, and govern Material Master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Create, update, and maintain Production Versions (PVs) in SAP.
• Execute BOM transitions and ensure timely system updates to support manufacturing requirements.
• Monitor planning exceptions and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for prompt resolution.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of planning-related master data.
• Prepare planning reports, analyses, and system updates to support operational and decision-making requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of planning and master data activities with business needs.

Key Requirements:

The candidate must have/be:

• a BBA degree
• around 3-6 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and MRP.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Material Master, BOM, and Production Version management.
• Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
