Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics) is one of the leading, trusted, and well-known brands in customs clearance services, serving renowned importers and exporters across Pakistan. We are currently seeking to fill a vital role within our organization – that of the Assistant Manager Sales – (Import Customs Clearance & Freight Forwarding) at RIL Logistics Located in Karachi. The Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible to achieve sales targets, while supporting regional sales operations, acquiring new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships. The role demands in-depth knowledge of import process, strong communication skills, a deep understanding of logistics services (customs clearance, freight forwarding, inland transportation, warehousing), and the ability to present tailored solutions to customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Have good knowledge and Experience of Sales in Freight Forwarding & Custom Clearance.
• Possess good knowledge of import customs clearance procedures and understanding of the overall import process.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing.
• Ensure constant development of new business by ensuring, daily market visits, preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their logistics needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Ensure company policies are followed in order to optimize maximum Profits, and less cost.
• Having good interpersonal as well as communication skills.
• Proficient in MS-Office.
• Candidate must possess their own vehicle/conveyance for client visits and job-related travel.

Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience : 4 - 5 Years’ experience in Sales (Preferable in Import Custom Clearance & Freight Forwarding Industry)
