The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in developing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This position will also help coordinate sales strategies, forecasting, and team activities to meet or exceed targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Client Relationship Management: Foster relationships with existing clients and cultivate new prospects to expand the company’s market presence.
Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Sales Manager in implementing sales plans, campaigns, and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
Market Research & Analysis: Gather market intelligence, analyze trends, and make recommendations to refine product offerings and sales approaches.
Sales Reporting: Track individual and team performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and share insights with senior management.
Team Coordination: Help train, mentor, and guide junior sales staff. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
Customer Feedback & Service: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address complaints or issues promptly to maintain high service standards.


Qualifications & Skills:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the power or energy sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze market data and propose strategic solutions.
Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
