Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of raw and packaging materials in accordance with established procedures. The role involves managing warehouse operations for raw and packaging materials, overseeing warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with GMP, GSP, GDP, and EHS guidelines. Additionally, the incumbent will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management of raw and packaging materials within the warehouse while maintaining regulatory and quality standards

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily stock receipt in accordance with approved SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy and ensure proper storage of raw and packaging materials at designated locations.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of raw and packaging materials by following the complete picking and verification cycle in line with the daily production plan.
• Manage rejected and expired raw and packaging materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform day-to-day warehouse operations related to Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GSP, GDP, and EHS requirements across all warehouse activities.

Key Requirements:

The candidate must have:

• Pharm-D qualification.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and EWMS.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GSP, GDP, inventory control, and warehouse management practices.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
