Job Summary:
Teresol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant/Accounts Officer with 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
* Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
* Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar tools).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
