- Review & document project scope/change requests and end-state objectives involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Effective coordination with products owners, end users and vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within approved cost.
- Adopt latest tools, best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution in order to improve processes and the overall approach.
- Perform Quality Assurance of the project and communicate project updates on consistent basis to relevant stakeholders depicting progress, roadblocks and alternate solutions.
- Manage UAT of the projects and deploy the patch live taking core banking support team in the loop.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on core banking features and provide subject matter expertise on complex core banking support enquiries.
- Liaison with the Internal/External/ SBP Auditors in matters pertaining audits of Core Banking.
