Dgtx Tax Consultancy is seeking an experienced Auditor to lead and oversee auditing activities within the organization. The Auditor manages a team of 30 professionals to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. This role involves conducting comprehensive financial reporting, compliance auditing, and fraud detection processes to uphold the company's standards and assist with risk management. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in data analysis and documentation to deliver accurate and actionable audit reports. The Auditor plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and transparency of financial operations by applying advanced auditing techniques, utilizing SAP Financial Accounting, and employing strong data analytics skills. Leading a sizeable team, the Auditor fosters collaboration and ensures that all audits comply with the latest regulatory requirements. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are essential to succeeding in this position.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30 auditing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Plan, execute, and report on financial audits to assess compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Conduct thorough compliance audits to identify potential risks, irregularities, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to detect fraud, inconsistencies, and discrepancies in financial records.
  • Utilize SAP Financial Accounting and other accounting software to review financial transactions and accounts.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and comprehensive reports outlining audit findings and recommended corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to facilitate audit activities and resolve issues.
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of audit documentation to support findings and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and strategies tailored to the organization's specific needs.
  • Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to auditing and financial compliance.
  • Train and support team members to enhance auditing techniques and maintain high-quality outputs.
  • Evaluate internal controls and contribute to the development of policies that mitigate financial risks.
  • Analyze large datasets using data analytics and Excel to improve the accuracy and efficiency of audits.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the audit process and overall financial governance.
