Warehouse Supervisor (Malta)

Location: Valletta, Malta

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing logistics team in Malta. The successful candidate will supervise warehouse operations, manage staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff.
• Plan and monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Monitor employee performance and provide training when required.
• Enforce workplace health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with transport, procurement, and customer service departments.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Forklift certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration.
