Role Description The Auditor role at HTA Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. The Auditor will perform regular financial and operational audits, review internal controls, and evaluate compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include examining accounting records and documentation, identifying control gaps or process inefficiencies, preparing clear audit reports with findings and recommendations, and following up on agreed action plans. The role involves collaborating with finance, HR, operations, and IT teams to understand processes, assess risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Auditor is expected to maintain high ethical standards, protect confidential information, and contribute to strengthening governance and risk management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong auditing, accounting, and financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify irregularities.
• Candidates should possess skills in internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance review, including an understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in report writing, documentation, and presentation, with clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in using MS Excel and other productivity tools, and be comfortable working with Accounting Software, ERP systems and AI agents.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CA, CIA) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical thinking, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Prior three years experience in audit, internal control, or finance, preferably within consulting, outsourcing, or multi-client environments, is highly beneficial.
