Job Description:We are seeking an Onsite Automotive Sales Executive to join our Karachi office. This role focuses on identifying and engaging new clients, nurturing relationships with existing customers, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring comprehensive after-sales support. Successful candidates will have strong negotiation skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and ideally, experience in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Actively seek and acquire new clients to grow our customer base in Pakistan.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent service to enhance client satisfaction.
Sales and After-Sales Support: Manage sales processes and provide ongoing support to clients after purchase.
Negotiation Skills: Leverage negotiation skills to finalize sales and offer competitive, customer-centric solutions.
Client Needs Assessment: Understand clients’ unique requirements and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
Database Management: Maintain and update the client database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service is an advantage, though freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 65,000 + Commission

Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts:
Morning: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Night: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
