ABS International is hiring results-driven B2B Sales Executives for international outbound sales focused on the North American market. This is a calling-first role (outbound + inbound) with structured training, a transparent commission plan, daily coaching, and a fast promotion track for top performers.
What you’ll do (key responsibilities)
- Run targeted outbound campaigns to North American B2B prospects and handle inbound leads.
- Qualify prospects, negotiate terms, and close contracts that contribute measurable revenue.
- Hit weekly activity targets (50+ qualified outreach touches) and convert pipeline into closed deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow the 3:1 prospect→pipeline guideline.
- Nurture client relationships to drive renewals and retention.
- Participate in daily sales huddles, call coaching, and continuous performance improvement.
Must-have qualifications (use this for LinkedIn “Must-have” field)
Candidates must have these to be considered:
- 1+ year verifiable experience in international B2B sales, outbound sales, or client-acquisition (BPO/outbound experience accepted).
- Professional English (C1/C2) — strong verbal & written communication and neutral accent preferred.
- Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and following sales process (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Available for on-site night shift (Mon–Sat, 06:00 PM–02:00 AM) in Gulistan-e-Johar.

- Prior experience selling to US/Canada markets.
