We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective networking and prospecting efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and property or site visits as required to showcase products or services.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and management teams to implement and refine effective sales strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software for managing sales processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
