Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for a Management Trainee Officer at EFU Life - Window Takaful Operations. The Management Trainee Officer will be responsible for assisting in program management, conducting financial and budget analyses, and supporting various operational tasks. The role includes tasks such as data analysis, report preparation, communication with team members, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

 

• Strong Analytical Skills to conduct data analysis and report preparation
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
• Knowledge in Finance for managing financial tasks and budgeting
• Experience in Program Management to support and improve operational processes
• Proficiency in Budgeting for financial planning and resource allocation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Karachi
