Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated B2B Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will drive sales growth for our Supply Chain Financing Product (Wisaaq) by generating new leads, negotiating client pricing, and forecasting revenue. The ideal candidate will evaluate current sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the organization's expansion. We are looking for a goal-oriented, commission-driven individual with a passion for achieving results.

Responsibilities:

Align with the company’s vision and mission to achieve set goals and objectives.
Set targets and develop strategies for business and revenue growth.
Research, plan, and execute initiatives to penetrate target markets.
Identify and pursue prospective accounts, guiding them through the sales cycle.
Prepare and present quotes and proposals to potential clients.
Train and mentor business development staff.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with management, staff, and clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in business development or a similar role.
Banking experience in SME Financing or Supply Chain Financing is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Salary: upto 200k
