Front Sales Executive-Design

Experts Communication is looking for a motivated Front Sales Executive specializing in design services to join our team in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. This role requires a skilled closer with a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients by effectively presenting the value of design solutions. The position operates on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. We offer a market-competitive salary along with additional perks and benefits based on the candidate’s profile, with targets ranging from $5,000 to $15,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in design services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to nurture leads.
- Close deals by clearly communicating the value propositions of our services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in design sales or a related field.
- Strong skills in closing deals, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value sales transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
