Backend Sales Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Backend Sales Support Executive to help grow our freight forwarding and consolidation business in Dubai and London. The candidate will be based in Karachi but will conduct outbound calls and client outreach to potential businesses in UAE and UK markets.

Your role will be to introduce our shipping and logistics services, identify potential leads, and arrange follow-up meetings with interested clients for our senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in Dubai and London (cold and warm leads).
• Introduce RGSL and explain our freight, consolidation, and shipping services.
• Search and identify potential businesses relevant to our services through LinkedIn, online directories, and B2B platforms.
• Build and maintain an initial client contact database.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls with qualified leads for our Dubai or London teams.
• Send introductory emails and proposals where needed.
• Provide regular feedback and reporting on client interactions and interest levels.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, telesales, or B2B lead generation, ideally in the logistics or freight forwarding sector.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable working in UAE and UK business hours.
• Confident phone presence and ability to build rapport with international clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office/Google Docs, and LinkedIn.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of freight terms like FOB, EXW, BL, DO, consolidation, LCL/FCL.
• Experience with CRM tools or client tracking sheets.
• Familiarity with UK and UAE business culture is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
