We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Bank Relationship Officer to manage and grow relationships with both corporate and individual clients. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service while promoting a variety of banking products. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services such as loans, deposits, accounts, and credit cards. Act as a trusted advisor by addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, credit, and compliance to guarantee smooth account management and service delivery. Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking solutions that align with client goals. Prepare detailed reports on client activity, account performance, and pipeline growth to support strategic decision-making. Assist clients with account openings, documentation, KYC compliance, and other banking procedures to ensure regulatory adherence. Stay updated on market trends, banking products, and competitor offerings to provide clients with informed and relevant advice.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is essential. Candidates should have between 2 to 5 years of experience in banking, relationship management, or sales-oriented roles. A strong understanding of banking products, financial regulations, and account management best practices is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport and trust with clients. A customer-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently is important. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications is expected.
