About the job
Key Responsibilities:
Create, submit, and manage project proposals and bids on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Understand client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their needs.
Communicate effectively with potential clients to gather information, clarify project details, and negotiate terms.
Maintain and update a pipeline of leads and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with our capabilities and resources.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements:
Proven experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to write compelling, customized proposals and negotiate with clients.
Effective team player with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Basic understanding of lead generation and strong time management skills.

Job Details:
Experience: 06 - 01 year.
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Shift: Night 11:00 P.M – 07:00 A.M. (Monday – Friday) & Saturday (Half-day).
Job Type: Full-time, On-site.
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 - PKR 70,000.
