Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical candidate to support business development, strategic growth initiatives, and process excellence at Krystalite GT Inc. (A group company of Gatronova Group). This role is ideal for professionals eager to develop expertise in the PET packaging industry, including thermoformed products, pharma bottles, caps, and PET sheets. The position involves market research, financial analysis, business strategy formulation, and process improvement initiatives to support our businesses in Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, North America and beyond.

Detailed Job Description:

Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research on the PET thermoformed products, blown bottles in FMCG industry, Pharma sector PET Bottles and closures and PET sheets, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, production, and finance to gather insights and identify business opportunities.
Analyze data related to pricing, raw material trends, supply chain efficiencies, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights.
Build financial models, including valuation techniques such as DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) and market multiples, to assess growth opportunities.
Assist in preparing reports, business cases, and presentations to articulate findings and recommendations for senior management.
Support inorganic growth strategies by conducting due diligence, preparing data rooms, and coordinating with external advisors on M&A opportunities.
Develop and maintain a ‘Knowledge Bank’ of industry insights, competitor strategies, and market trends.
Actively participate in strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for business growth.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional discussions with diverse teams across different geographies.
Drive process excellence initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in operations, suggesting improvements, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Support other business-related projects as assigned.

Candidate's Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in business analysis, corporate finance, M&A, management consulting, business development, or process improvement, preferably in packaging, plastics, or related industries.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
Experience in working with ERP systems. SAP exposure will be a definite plus.
Experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Experience in process optimization and operational efficiency improvements is a plus.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
