What You’ll Be Doing

Gain experience in engaging with prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of Get Licensed’s solutions, and supporting the onboarding process into the corporate portfolio.
Explore techniques for converting new sales leads into high-value business accounts while contributing to portfolio growth.
Develop skills in re-establishing and nurturing corporate relationships to promote long-term growth and brand loyalty.
Enhance your ability to conduct regular client check-ins, resolve concerns proactively, and share best practices that drive customer success.
Deepen your understanding of client needs and customer experiences to identify product gaps and collaborate on solutions with internal teams.
Build expertise in delivering tailored training and staffing solutions, providing dedicated account management that fosters client satisfaction.
Learn to analyze customer feedback and share valuable insights with product and operations teams to enhance offerings and service delivery.
Strengthen communication strategies with clients to anticipate needs, foster relationships, and provide exceptional experiences.
Refine your problem-solving skills by managing and resolving client issues efficiently, ensuring trust and reliability.


What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years of experience in business development and account management.
A passion for value-driven sales output and strategic growth initiatives.
Flexibility to embrace change while excelling in multitasking, time management, and meeting deadlines.
The ability to take ownership of challenges and commit to finding efficient and effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills combined with a professional demeanor.
Exceptional email communication skills, allowing for concise and effective updates to clients.
A polite, enthusiastic, and warm telephone manner, paired with a positive attitude and high empathy.
Strong active listening skills to understand and meet client needs effectively.
A keen eye for attention to detail that ensures accuracy in work.
Proficiency in utilizing a variety of IT systems, building confidence in handling digital tools.
