About the job
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through Upwork
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web design, development, and animation.
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets between $3k to $5k.
Create and present engaging proposals to potential clients.
Stay informed about industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the web design and development industry.
Solid understanding of web design, development, and animation services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
