Lead Conversion Executive

Global Office World is looking for a smart, proactive Lead Conversion Executive to convert warm digital leads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) into real business opportunities for our premium office furniture brand.

Responsibilities

• Engage & qualify leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Share product info, schedule showroom/virtual appointments
• Maintain CRM updates and follow-up schedules
• Prepare proposals and assist sales/design teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Market competitive salary
• Confident in B2B sales, dealing with business owners, architects, and procurement heads
• Strong communication (English & Urdu) with hands-on experience in CRMs, WhatsApp Business & Google Sheets
