Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, extracting relevant data, and identifying business opportunities in the HR and payroll outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
• Use data extraction tools and methods to build prospect lists and analyze markets
• Identify potential clients in Pakistan and GCC regions, especially for EOR and Payroll services
• Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Schedule meetings and presentations for senior sales leadership
• Collaborate with marketing for campaign input and lead generation
• Maintain CRM systems with accurate prospect data and activity logs
• Support in proposal creation, sales reports, and performance tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

• Basic understanding of market analysis and sales funnels
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
