LinkitSoft is looking for a Business Development Officer who thrives on making cold calls, researching qualified leads, and setting up discovery meetings. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable with tools, systems, and making that first outreach count. You’ll be directly involved in lead generation, cold outreach, and CRM management, playing a key role in scaling our client base.
Responsibilities:
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
Qualify leads based on company criteria and hand off to senior sales team.
Schedule meetings or demos with marketing qualification prospects.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Organize and manage lead data using Google Sheets & CRM, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.
Maintain call logs, CRM records, and follow-up trackers.
Requirements & Skills:
Use data scraping tools to extract lead information from web sources.
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with Sales Manager
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
