M7Estimations is a fast-growing flooring estimation company specializing in precise, fast, and reliable flooring takeoffs using industry-leading software such as RFMS Measure, Measure Square 8, and Callidus. We support contractors, builders, and flooring companies by helping them win bids through accurate and timely estimates.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads, build relationships, and close sales with flooring contractors, construction companies, and related businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new client leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and other channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Understand client needs and effectively present M7Estimations’ value proposition
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and messaging
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, flooring, or related industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plus
Basic understanding of flooring estimation or construction processes is a bonus, but not mandatory
