In Media is a fast-growing digital marketing and influencer outreach company, helping brands boost their online presence through creative campaigns, content creation, and influencer collaborations. We work across Pakistan, the UK, and the UAE with clients in various industries including beauty, fashion, food, healthcare, and education.

Role Summary:

We’re hiring Business Development Executives who are ambitious, energetic, and ready to make an impact. The first 3 months will be commission-based only, serving as a performance probation. After successful completion, you’ll transition to a fixed salary + commission model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients needing social media marketing, influencer campaigns, or content creation services.
• Generate leads via calls, emails, social media (especially LinkedIn), and in-person meetings (if required).
• Pitch services confidently and close deals.
• Build and manage client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the creative and operations team for project execution.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Passion for digital marketing, sales, and influencer trends.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, media, or marketing is a plus.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.
• Must have a laptop, internet connection, and smartphone.
