Experts Communication is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive - Front (Design Sales) to join our growing team. If you have 2+ years of experience in design sales, a passion for closing deals, and strong communication & negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

Position Details:

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: PKR 100K to 250K Basic + Attendance Allowance + Uncapped Commission

Target: $5K to $10K (Depending upon Profile)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Understand client design needs and provide tailored solutions

Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads with timely follow-ups

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report insights

Lead and mentor junior sales professionals for team success

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in front-end sales (preferably in web, design & development)

Strong negotiation, communication & closing skills

Ability to handle both front sales & upselling strategies

Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM)

Excellent time management & leadership abilities
