KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking (LinkedIn, referrals).
• Pitch products/services to decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) on proposals and presentations.
• Track all sales activities in CRM and report performance to management.

EQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales/business development in the local market (agency experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication (English/Urdu), negotiation, lead generation, CRM proficiency, goal-oriented.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven with a proven track record..

COMPENSATION

• Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
• Competitive salary (PKR 30K–60K/month) + performance-based bonuses + commissions.
