Graduate Trainee Officer (GTO) – Quality Management

The Graduate Trainee Officer (GTO) Quality Management will undergo structured training while providing operational support to the Quality Management Department. The incumbent will assist in establishing, monitoring, and evaluating healthcare quality standards, clinical safety protocols, operational SOPs, field clinic compliance, and patient feedback mechanisms across Karwan-e-Hayat's mental health care facilities and outreach centers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist senior quality personnel in conducting routine and special quality audits across clinical, psychiatric, and administrative units. Conduct regular field clinic visits to audit quality standards and compliance in outreach centers.

Assist in receiving, recording, categorizing, tracking, and monitoring the timely closure of patient and service-related complaints, and support the preparation of periodic complaint trend analyses.

Assist in monitoring compliance with infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and relevant IPC surveillance indicators, in coordination with the IPC Officer.

Support the drafting, updating, reviewing, and archiving of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clinical workflows, and institutional policies.

Collect, clean, compile, and analyze quality management indicators, patient satisfaction surveys, incident reports, and compliance data to prepare monthly trend summaries.

Document, track, and follow up on adverse events, patient safety incidents, and grievance reports in coordination with relevant department heads.

Assist in preparing documentation, evidence files, and compliance verification required for healthcare regulatory compliance and accreditation audits.

EDUCATION: Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years of education) in Healthcare Management, Public Health (BSPH/MPH), Total Quality Management (TQM), or relevant Social Sciences.

EXPERIENCE: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship/experience in hospital quality, health administration, or audit support. Field visit readiness preferred.

Pay: Up to Rs55,000.00 per month
