Job Description

HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled ForkLifter Operator with a minimum of five years of experience to join its operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift operation certification, a medical fitness certificate, and the required license. The operator will be responsible for safely handling and maneuvering lifting equipment, ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and company standards. Communication skills in Urdu are essential for this role to facilitate smooth interactions on site. This role requires diligent pre-job and post-job inspections to verify the equipment's operational status and capacity, ensuring that all lifting operations are conducted within safe load limits. The Forklifter Operator plays a critical part in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and monitoring the condition of the machinery to identify and solve minor operational issues. The position demands thorough knowledge of forklift control techniques and safety procedures, emphasizing precision and responsibility during daily assignments. This role involves strict compliance with lifting equipment regulations and safety protocols and does not require managing a team but necessitates a high degree of individual accountability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
 

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently following all relevant safety procedures and protocols.
• Perform detailed pre-job and post-job inspections of lifting equipment to ensure it is safe and functional before and after use.
• Communicate effectively in Urdu to coordinate with team members and report any safety concerns or equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with forklift operation certification requirements, medical fitness standards, and valid licensing.
• Conduct troubleshooting for minor mechanical problems to maintain uninterrupted operational flow.
• Adhere strictly to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during equipment operation.
• Maintain and respect the load capacity limits of forklifts to prevent accidents and ensure safe material handling.
• Document daily operational activities and equipment status reports accurately to facilitate audits and maintenance planning.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest lifting equipment safety standards and incorporate them into daily work practices.
