We're Hiring: Operations Manager (AI/Tech), SwiftVision AI

Karachi (Onsite). Full-time.

SwiftVision AI started as a small team with a big love for computer vision and building things that actually work. Today we're 10+ people strong, building AI products for clients across the US and beyond, and somewhere along the way we became a real team, not just people who work together. Now we need someone to help hold that together as we grow.

The Role

You'll report directly to the CEO and become the heartbeat of how this team runs day to day, keeping projects moving and the culture warm, respectful, and human.

What You'll Do

• Assign tasks, track deadlines, and follow up before things slip
• Be the first point of contact for conflicts and day-to-day HR matters
• Uphold respect and professionalism across all seniority levels
• Run regular check-ins, give warnings when needed, escalate serious issues to the CEO
• Protect a culture that's casual but accountable

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in operations, HR, project coordination, or team leadership
• Strong, calm communication, especially in tense moments
• Comfort with fast-paced startup environments
• Prior tech or startup experience is a plus
