Business Development Manager
Site II, Super Highway, Karachi | Full-time | Reports to CEO

Experience: 2-3 years in Nutraceutical & Cosmeceutical product development, manufacturing and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end product commercialization (concept to launch)
• Market research, competitor analysis, pricing, positioning
• Vendor/supplier identification & negotiation
• Go-to-market strategy & marketing collaboration
• Post-launch performance tracking & optimization
• Regulatory compliance, documentation & licensing in Pakistan

Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Business/Science or related field
• 2-3 years hands-on industry experience in nutra/cosmeceutical manufacturing
• Market & competitor analysis expertise
• End-to-end production knowledge (sourcing to release)
• Vendor onboarding skills
• Strong communication & negotiation

Preference will be given to candidates with 2-3 years of proven, hands-on experience in business development specifically in pharma and nutra industry.
