Business Development Officer, Pakistan
CodeLabs builds custom software, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, and enterprise digital solutions for ambitious businesses.
We’re hiring a Business Development Officer to own new business development in the Pakistani market, with a strong focus on identifying, pitching, and closing high-value software and digital services opportunities.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of new clients, from first outreach to signed deal.
This includes:
Identifying and approaching potential clients across relevant industries
Presenting CodeLabs’ services to founders, executives, and decision-makers
Attending client meetings and leading commercial discussions
Managing follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
Building relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Reporting weekly on pipeline, conversions, and revenue progress
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who can sell with confidence, discipline, and credibility.
You should have:
3 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in IT, software, or digital services
A proven track record of closing deals, with specific examples to discuss during the interview
Strong communication skills and the ability to present to C-suite decision-makers
A practical understanding of how businesses evaluate software, digital platforms, and technology partners
A strong network within Karachi’s business community, which would be a plus
Compensation
This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission.
