Business Development Manager

Linguists & Visacons is looking for a motivated and dynamic female Business Development Manager to join our team on-site. This role is centered on managing digital communications, engaging with prospective students, and driving course enrollments in the study abroad and language preparation consultancy sector. The successful candidate will focus on converting leads generated through social media and messaging platforms into registered students while maintaining strong customer relationships and consistently achieving enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads received via WhatsApp and social media channels into registered students.
- Manage daily inquiries across social media and messaging platforms promptly and professionally.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Build trust and rapport with prospective applicants by providing personalized study-abroad guidance and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and implement structured follow-up routines to maximize conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or digital business development roles.
- Strong proficiency in using digital messaging platforms and applying customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
