About the Role
The Head of Sales House Finance / Mortgage Finance will be responsible for leading the overall sales function and driving the growth of Asaan Ghar Finance’s housing finance portfolio. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a highly performing sales team, expanding the customer and referral network, and achieving disbursement and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales of financial products to consumers through a bank or a non-bank finance company or an insurance company, with a proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering business growth. Experience in mortgage finance would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for all of Asaan Ghar’s products including mortgage financing, construction finance, EV bikes and solar home systems. This strategy should include a vision, a path to that vision and a monitoring process to ensure success in achieving portfolio growth, and revenue targets.
- Lead and own the end-to-end sales process for all of Asaan Ghar products, with full responsibility for sales growth. Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, review performance, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, geographic areas, and business opportunities to expand the Asaan Ghar’s product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, property dealers, employers, corporate organizations, referral partners, and financial institutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified housing finance customers.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel, including leads, applications, approvals, documentation, and disbursements, to ensure effective conversion and turnaround time.
- Work closely with CEO, Credit/Risk, Operations, Legal, Shariah, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement of approved cases.
- Ensure that sales activities and customer acquisition comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and approved product programs.
- Analyze sales and portfolio data to identify market trends, conversion opportunities, productivity gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation, verification, and quality of applications before submission to the relevant departments.
- Represent Asaan Ghar Finance at industry events, property exhibitions, corporate meetings, and other business development forums.
Qualifications
- MBA from a leading business university in Pakistan
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience in banking, housing finance, mortgage finance, consumer finance, or financial services, with at least 4–5 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s housing finance, real estate market, EV bikes and solar markets.
- Experience in developing sales channels, partnerships, and referral networks.
- Hands on experience with CRM, LOS, LMS, or other digital sales/finance platforms will be an advantage.
