Female Sales Agents (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and possess the ability to handle customer interactions professionally while meeting sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Between six months to one year of relevant sales or customer service experience.
- Good command of English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented personality with a strong drive to meet targets.
- Basic computer skills to manage customer data and sales records.
- Ability to work night shifts effectively.
