Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our industrial control solution sales initiative. The ideal candidate will spearhead sales strategies, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Consultant & industrial sector.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base.

· Collaborate with the technical team to offer process solutions and project management support.

· Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Diploma or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven track record in industrial and project sales within same field.

· Strong understanding of LED lighting technology and applications will be preferred.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet sales targets.
