Medik is a fast-growing medical equipment distribution and dealership brand committed to empowering healthcare providers with quality, reliable solutions. We're looking for a Business Development Officer who’s proactive, strategic, and ready to drive growth in the healthcare sector.
What You’ll Do:

Identify and onboard new clients including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement officers.
Conduct market research to spot new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional campaigns and outreach.
Participate in tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Represent Medik at trade shows, expos, and client meetings.
You Should Have:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in healthcare or medical equipment).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits and market development.
